Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped.

Returns and Refunds
Right to Return Goods:

Wait for our approval – you will then receive the return shipping instructions.
Return the product at your own expense using a trackable shipping service. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with intact labels and packaging.
Refund:
Once the return has been received and verified, we will issue the refund within 7–10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Non-returnable Products:
- Sealed products that have been opened after delivery (for hygiene reasons)

No direct exchange is offered. Please place a new order after receiving the refund.
